Return and Shipping
Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept all returns in original packaging without any signs of use or wear. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been custom ordered (custom length pants, custom headbands etc.). All returns will be refunded for the purchase value in store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping or item(s) to Midwest Clothing.
Exchanges for a similar product (different size or color etc.) can be accommodated. Please contact us via email or Facebook prior to sending back the product so arrangements can be made and an exchange can be set aside to ensure customer satisfaction. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Midwest Clothing.
All returns or exchanges must be sent to Midwest Clothing within 10 calendar days of product arriving to customer.
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the product ordered and the packaging required, most orders are shipped Priority with tracking. Customers are notified via email once their order is shipped along with the information to track their merchandise until it arrives. Please allow 1-2 Business days* to process orders for shipping.
*Business days are classified as Monday through Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.
